Mahalo for allowing me into your home television time to tell you that my name is George Peabody, 62 years, a working man from Molokai, and why I am challenging Linda Lingle's Police State administration in the Republican Primary election Sept. 23, for your vote to elect me.I want to REVOLUTIONIZE the Hawaii state government DOWN to Constitutional limitations, and RESTORE the SOVEREIGNTY of the People in relation to this government that is supposed to SERVE you and ENFORCE the Bill of Rights in YOUR FAVOR. IF you had elected me today to govern the Hawaii state government, I could report to you the condition of the State of Hawaii suffering under the Lingle administration in just two words: Taxation Slavery; or Police State; or the more comprehensive term Organized Crime is most accurate. And I have NO intention to steamline or make it more efficient, for I intend organize a team of local people to REFORM Hawaii State government to be smaller, less intrusive, less fascist, more open and accountable to the sovereign People, so that you can effectively resist ongoing and future attempts by state and federal agents who are oppressing our freedom and liberty, obliterating our culture, wasting our natural resources, criminalizing our people, promoting racism dividing our population, coercing and bribing Hawaii into compliance with police state Racketeering by the judiciary, the legislature, and Lingle's administration.

Hawaii is in a state of legal anarchy now because the Lingle administration has perpetuated the unConstitutional police state socialist policies of previous governors. And now, Lingle is complicit in President Bush's treason in the big scam 9-11 so called terrorist attacks in New York and Pentagon and his illegal wars against Arab peoples in the Mideast, and the utterly craven support for Israel's attacks on Palistine and Lebanon. Lingle is a "photo-op" rich dilitante who does nothing to protect your rights as a sovereign individual, and who raises most of her $5.8 million from New York power brokers, and a little from big special interest corporations in Hawaii to buy the governor's office. She controls the media with her money so that any challenger against her like me remains unknown. She won't debate me before the Primary.
If you chose me to govern this government, then by Executive Order, I
will establish a Bill of Rights culture of sovereignty in Hawaii:
1. transparent open government
2 establish a Crime in Government commission
3. end the war on drugs in Hawaii
4. ban the federal IRS, DEA, ATF from Hawaii
5. stop military ops in Makua Valley and bring the troops home
6. end corporate welfare for tourism etc
7. reduce size of government and taxes
8. advocate reforms in educational system
9. promote personal independence and sovereignty
10. Enforce the Bill of Rights and gun rights
11. restore water resources to natural stream
12. protect shorelines from erosion
13. Jail for Judges and prosecutors and attorneys
14. Declare Piialii taro poi the official state food.

Ladies and gentlemen, the makaainana of Hawaii. There is hope for our future if we are free and sovereign in relation to our servant government.
It will take a revolutionary leader to make the needed changes in Hawaii State government administration: I am that leader, George Peabody, ready to serve, and command honesty, openness of government, and accountability by all public servants so that you are free as possible and sovereign so we can once again say Hawaii Mo Betta!
We can dump Lingle if you vote Septemember 23, Republican Primary, for George Peabody.
